TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before deciding to place a commission without properly knowing or understanding what is written in the Terms of Service.

I. DELIVERY TIME & PROCESS

1. The commissions are first come, first served—but there is one exception:
        —Rushed commissions will immediately become number one priority and the rush fees cost +$300.2. Non-busy days means I only have 1-2 commissions on the same batch to work on and can finish it within a month.3. Busy days means I have 3+ commissions on the same batch to work on, but it takes a while to finish more than 2 commissions.

During non-busy days: 1-3 weeks
During busy days: 2-6 months

This only applies if the commission has been paid.

4. Send me image references (ex: poses) and/of your preferred character to commission.5. Use actual references (AI-generated is prohibited) to describe the ideas or details you have in mind instead of a very long paragraph—keep everything short.6. Free revisions can only be used 2-3 times during the sketch process.
        —Using up the free revisions, already in the line art process, or it's a finished product will now cost +50% revision fees.7. You will be updated or informed if I made any progress on your commission as soon as possible.8. You are free/allowed to ask about the status of your (non-rushed) commission, but forcing me to finish it will not help when it comes to first come, first served.

II. PREFERRED CURRENCY & PAYMENT METHOD

1. Full payment is 100% upfront in USD (United States Dollar) via PayPal or VGen invoice before working on the commission in order to secure a slot.2. No refunds once the sketch is started. However, if the commission hasn't been finished and delivered past its delivery time (more than 6 months), a refund will become eligible. The final product of the commission is non-refundable.3. Failure to reply or pay the invoice after a week before a commission is paid will automatically cancel the commission unless given a valid reason.

III. USE

1. I strictly prohibit my work to be used as NFT, AI-generated, and anything related to it that I'm strongly against. This applies to the following:        —Personal use: You are free to share your finished commission whatever you like as long as a proper credit is given.        —Commercial use & Merchandise: You are strictly required to credit me and using the commission for what it is intended to be used for.

IV. AGREEMENT

1. You acknowledge that your commission may take a while and do not mind waiting.2. You acknowledge that the commissions are first come, first served, and the rushed commissions are number one priority and it cost rush fees.2. You acknowledge if you give the wrong details of your finished commission after being shown WIPs (work in progresses) and asked if it's up to your satisfaction then finalized it, you are responsible for the miscommunication and understand the free revisions can only be used 2-3 times during sketch and it costs revision fees after using the free revisions, in the line art process, or the final product has been delivered.3. You acknowledge that the payment method is through PayPal or VGen with 100% upfront payment before working on your commission.4. You acknowledge that there will be no refunds once the sketch has started, but it will be refundable if I fail to deliver your commission on time according to my delivery time. However, the final product is non-refundable.5. You acknowledge that if you fail to reply or pay the invoice within a week, your commission will automatically be canceled unless there is a valid reason.6. You acknowledge that I strictly prohibited AI-generated, fraud, etc, and you will not use it for any of the related following that I'm strongly against.7. You acknowledge that personal use is for non-commercial, non-monetized, non-merchandise uses only, and it is not meant to be sold off as for commercial, monetized content, and merchandise.8. You acknowledge that you must be/are required to credit me of your commission and are not claiming you are the one or someone else other than me did the commission.9. You acknowledge that I have the rights to cancel your commission.10. You acknowledge that by commissioning me means you agreed to everything in the Terms of Service.
